Recent updates, April 2012: Publishing workflow and site accounts

We have finally added workflow support and site accounts to ProsePoint Express!

These two are long standing feature enhancements that have been on the 'to do' list for a while, so we're happy they're in.

Workflow support expands the number of publishing states from two to four:

Draft
For Review
Published
Hidden

and lays the foundation for adding custom workflows are a later stage.

Now, instead of a page being merely published or not published (which is now called hidden), it can be also be marked as a draft or ready for review.

We have also added site accounts, also informally known as the 'editors' or 'sub-editors' feature. This allows other ProsePoint Express users to access and help manage your site on your behalf. Finally, you can allow your staff to work on your site and not worry about things being accidentally messed up.
